I, the breeder of the above-mentioned litter, agree to sell one healthy Standard F1 Goldendoodle puppy (Or specified Standard Poodle Puppy), free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale, with a 2 year Health Guarantee, with no breeding rights to the above-mentioned buyers, in accordance with the following terms: 

TERMS OF SALE 

1. PURCHASE PRICE and PAYMENT 

(a) The Purchasers have agreed to pay the Seller, Puppy Price: $USD

Deposit: $ 500.00 Non-Refundable Deposit due to reserve puppy. A deposit refund will ONLY be valid if the puppy were to perish, is not in proper health to be adopted,  or there is no confirmed pregnancy in the dam. In that situation, the buyer(s) then have the option to hold and use that deposit on a future litter or ask for a refund.

2. PAPERS and INSTRUCTIONS: 

The Breeder will provide the Buyers with the following on the day the puppy is received: 

(a) A signed copy of the sales contract which includes a 2  year Health Guarantee (described in 3.b)

(b) Complete records of immunizations, veterinarian proof of health, feeding and care instructions, and puppy starter bag (toy, mothers scent blanket, training materials) 

(c) Parents Pedigree Information (Puppy is AKC or CKC registerable)

3. BUYER(S) RESPONSIBILITIES: 

(a) Buyers must pay deposit money to reserve a puppy and understand that picking rights are based on the order deposits are received. Buyer understands that the breeder holds the right to reserve first choice puppy for future breeding program and/or place appropriate puppy into therapy/service home. 

(b) Buyers agree to take the puppy to a Board Certified Veterinarian to be examined within 3 days of puppy pickup or delivery paid by the buyer to verify the health of the puppy. If the puppy fails the health examination, and life threatening conditions are found, then the buyers, with a written statement from the veterinarian, may return the puppy to the seller for an equal exchange as soon as puppy becomes available, not including delivery or shipping/handling fees, and must be returned within 6 days of the sale, at the cost of the buyers. Failure to have the puppy examined within the above time limit OF THREE DAYS will nullify this two year Health Guarantee. Both parents of the puppy have been screened to be free of all DNA genetic conditions associated with their breed. If the puppy develops a severely life-altering or life-threatening, genetic disease associated with Golden Retrievers or Poodles within the FIRST 2  YEARS, then the puppy can be returned for an exchange of another puppy of equal or lesser value when available. Proof of this LIFE THREATENING or SEVERELY LIFE ALTERING disease must be provided in writing by a Board Certified Veterinarian.  This guarantee only remains in effect until the 2nd birthdate of the puppy and if the buyer provides required immunizations, medical treatment, and proper care as described in 3.f. Conditions such as dehydration, Diarrhea, Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Kennel Cough, Internal and External Parasites, Giardia, Fungal Infections, or any condition that can be corrected by veterinarian treatment and any other preventable conditions are not covered by this guarantee. If this puppy is to pass away from any condition that could have been prevented by the buyer, or guardian, then this guarantee will not be in effect. An autopsy must be performed by a board certified and licensed veterinarian if the puppy is to pass away in the first two years to disclose to the breeder the cause of death and this guarantee to remain in effect. This guarantee is non-transferable. 

(c) Buyers agree to buy this puppy as a PET ONLY and agree to have the puppy spayed/neutered between 12-18 mos old and provide the breeder with proof of procedure and date. 

(d) Buyers understand that violation of this NO BREEDING RIGHTS – PET ONLY CONTRACT by breeding willingly or accidentally, said puppy, will result in a $10,000 USD fine plus legal fees. 

(e) The Buyers shall notify the breeder immediately if the dog cannot be kept by the Buyers to arrange re-homing. The dog shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of sale or resale to the public or to any research institution where medical experimentation or other practices take place. The Buyers agree that it is their responsibility to accept the dog as described. Abner Creek Poodles & Doodles has provided a full disclosure of the health, habits, and temperament of the dog. The dog’s health records, from Valley Walk Animal Hospital Of Taylors, will be supplied electronically after 6 week checkup and hard copy be given at time of pickup/delivery. 

(f) The Buyers shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, and medical care upon sickness, disease, or injury. The dog will reside with the buyer and maintenance should include an annual health exam and routine vaccinations as recommended by a board-certified veterinarian and monthly flea/tick, heartworm medication. A fully fenced yard or other humane means of exercise. The dog shall not be kept chained, roped, or constantly outdoors. Never permit the dog to roam unattended.

(g) Buyers agree to send pictures of the dog at ages 6 months, 12 months and 2 years. Buyers may freely write a review on breeders facebook page or Google and post pictures of puppy growing and thriving through its life. See fb page or Instagram Abner Creek Poodles & Doodles . 

4. It is understood that at any future date if it becomes apparent, or brought to the attention of the Seller, that the Buyer mistreats or abuses the dog, that the Seller WILL make every effort to repossess the dog at the Buyers’ expense. 

5. If said puppy/dog becomes unwanted for any reason it shall be returned to be re-homed or kept by Abner Creek Doodle at the Buyers’ expense.
